At risk of being OT, I did see the event; it was amazing in my 12" Dob; but was 11 mag and needed 150X to see motion. Plan to post timings and mag estimates on asteroid observers blog after I go back through my favorites and find it! Saw a faint sat also in field, will try to ID when I get a chance. Have over 120 satellite observations from mid-June on to process and just can't catch up (what a horribly great problem). Just a note from a purely visual observer - some things can still be seen and don't have to be "imaged" :O) Brad Young TULSA 1 COSPAR 8336 36.1397N, 95.9838W, 205m ASL __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
