Be careful to use the correct elset for the time period of interest to you. Based upon a quick look at potential visibility, I offer the following general comments: Southern hemisphere observers appear to have marginal morning viability of the orbit in the early part of the mission, but will have evening visibility later in the mission. Most northern hemisphere observers will not have a visibility window during the mission. Those not too far north of the equator will have morning visibility late in the mission. Ted Molczan 1.
