Apologies for not noticing that ElObsEnt had transgressed
into 29 orbits over Ed's 14 day observation period.
The MM for 28 orbits is near 2.00 - more likely for
a recent object which has not had a perigee dip?
The RMS error is just marginally higher.
The 98765 elset gives passes about 5 minutes earlier/day,
whereas 98751 is about 50 min earlier/day, hence takes
13-14 days to come at about the same time.
