    NASA's MECO elset (the one with mean motion 17.57960599 rev/d) is erroneous.
    Here is an accurate version, derived from NASA's True of Day Rotating (TDR) [aka
    Earth-Fixed Greenwich (EFG)] Cartesian state vector:

    Use the above elset for the first pass over Europe and points east and south,
    minutes after orbit insertion. This orbit is correct, until the OMS-2 burn, 38
    min after launch.
