Hello all, A request. I'd be pleased if you would be so kind and verify whether or not below sighting is a match with an ISS pass. I'm under flak because of my analysis that it was ISS. Location: Baarn, Netherlands Coordinates: 05°16'00" E, 52°13'00" N Date: July 1, 2005 Time: app. 22:05 UTC (00:05 local Summer time, July 2) The observer was between houses in the town of Baarn. It was a clear night. A bright satellite was first observed in the South. Max. elevation was reported to be 60 deg over the horizon. The sat disappeared towards the East. Duration of the observation was app. 2 minutes. Many thanks in advance for taking the trouble!
