Launch window is from 0330 to 0400 UTC and will be broadcast (presumably in Japanese but no doubt the video will still be of interest to those who do not speak the language) at http://isas.tv/ I have not as yet located any info on the launch ground track if it is available at all, and my time is limited just now, but its final orbit is a circular 550 km one, with a 31 degree inclination (so I won't get to see it!)
