After viewing several good visual passes of ISS over my area over
the past three days I noticed in the pass predictions that there would be a
pass at 65 degrees elevation at 1:36am on July 5th. Since this wouldn't be a
visual pass I decided to listen in on the downlink frequencies, primarily
145.8 Mhz. I was able to pick up about a dozen packet bursts, a couple of
which were quite strong. Can anyone reccomend a good software packet decoder
for Windows XP? I would like to try to feed the audio into the PC sound card
from the receiver.
