    On 7/25/04 at approx 1.28.30 UTC 3d above Vega a bright 2 mag sat was marked
    after watching it for several seconds. I made note but expected it to be
    something I had seen before because it was so bright. It turned out to be a
    relatively new sat and a 1st for me. Cosmos 2046 R / #28353 / #04021B.
    IdSat with satellite.tle file used to identify it.
