SCC'S 12 HOURS BEFORE DECAY message - prepared July 24, 12:22 UTC - predicts
the decay on:
24 July, 23:56 UTC +/- 08 hours (22.8°N, 254.1°E) descending over Mexico

MPM+REENTRY delivers with the ELSETS 04206.174... - 04206.422... ( SFX 160, ap 025)
the decay on:
25 July. 00:05 UTC +/- 42 minutes (11.47°N, 286.99°E) also southbound over
Venezuela.
It seems possible that we will see a shift to a one rev later decay.
