    Ive had a look at your videos and indeed it
    looks like something unusual.
    
    I could do with some extra information:
    
    (1) was the camera operating in video mode and if so at about how many 
    frames per second. If not, was it operating in integration mode in which 
    case over how many frames was each image integrated. What camera was it?   I 
    suspect you were operating in video mode.
    (2) You used a GOTO mount - was it tracking on Jupiter or was the telescope 
    stationary during the recording .
    
    I must confess that even with the answers to
    these questions I dont think I have an explanation. I havent seen anything 
    like this
    in my video work.
