Hi subscribers; Yesterday night (July 22, 2210 LocalTime) I saw a bright flasher approx. 25 - 30 degree elevation NE. When I returned home, I checked the flashers and result matched with SL-16 RB (#28353, IntDesig. 04021B). I wasn't waiting for such a pass, it was difficult to see whole pass so I guess flash period was between 0.2 - 0.4 sec with mag -1. Tonight I have another pass at 2148 local time. I hope to give more accurate report.
