Despite a very foggy sky with patchy clouds, I was finally able to see the
AURA Delta 2 rocket (28377 = 04-026B) with 10x50 binoculars and unaided eye
as it passed from Ursa Minor through Cygnus and entered the earth's shadow
    near Delphinus.

Its apparent magnitude ranged from about 2.5 to 4.2 but no obvious rapid
variation was seen on a time scale of a couple of seconds.

The data (in IOD format - explained at
      http://www.satobs.org/position/IODformat.html ) ...

NB: The station location "0000" is a dummy value; the actual observing
    position was within a few meters of 40.1075N, W 074.2312, +24 m.

    Clear and dark skies!
