This morning, using 10x50 binoculars, I saw another pass of the newly-
launched Aura satellite (28376 04-026A). This time, it was low in the
    west
in a foggy, hazy sky, but unlike my observations of 2004 07 16, this time
it seemed to be varying with a range of perhaps one magnitude or so in a
period of "a few seconds." The derived quicksat intrinsic/SkyMap
    standard magnitudes were about +4.1 / +5.4 . The IOD-format for a point
    at maximum apparent brightness:

    28376 04 026A 0000 P 20040717075432000 28 M+054 03

NB: The station location "0000" is a dummy value; the actual observing
    position was within a few meters of 40.1075N, 074.2312W, +24 m.

    Clear and dark skies!
