    Without checking, and using my poor memory, I seem to recall that
    we discussed if/when the B (rocket) would be in place to deliver
    the presumed third satellite. (No launch dispenser in the third configuration?)
    
    We continued to believe there was a failure to detach the third one,
    until the pattern was repeated with NOSS 3-2.
