I have recorded a pass of the following satellite

MTI              5.0  2.0  0.0  5.0 d
1 26102U 00014A   04188.85426814  .00000382  00000-0  27842-4 0  2785

Again MPEG 2 format, and is around 5 MB

Fainter then what guide 8 gives. I see it was determined by size data.

I don't remember seeing it with the eye.
