Thank you very much to Russell Eberst for letting me know 
about an error I made in a report.  I wrote:

The PPAS report is correct, but the first line should have
said "Meteor 2-2 (77-002A, 09661)".  The wrong numbers 
above were for the Transit object, which seemed to match a 
zero magnitude flare.
