2003-029B (#27835) Molniya rocket RB

SCC'S FINAL REPORT - prepared July 30, 04:20 UTC - predicts
the decay on
30 July, 04:07 UTC +/- 07 minutes (50.0°S, 328.0°E)
ascending over the Atlantic.
This prediction is definitely wrong, completely out of track !

MPM+REENTRY delivers with the ELSETs 03211.011...- 03211.132...
(SFX 100, ap 025) the decay on
30 July, 04:24 UTC +/- 11 minutes (57.15°S, 297.77°E)
ascending over the South Atlantic.
