Report time: 18:30 UTC 2003-029B (#27835) Molniya rocket RB 1 SCC'S 12 HOURS BEFORE DECAY message - prepared July 29, 17:02 UTC - predicts the decay on 30 July, 04:49 UTC +/- 08 hours (27.1°N, 358.9°E) ascending over the Sahara. MPM+REENTRY delivers with the ELSETs 03210.217...+ 03210.645... (SFX 113, ap 027) the decay on 30 July, 04:43 UTC +/- 22 minutes (05.24°N, 347.96°E) also northbound over the Atlantic near the coast of Liberia. SCC'S forecast is in general identical with my preceding prediction. But we have a high geomagnetice activity and I expect a small shift to a little bit earlier decay.
