Report time: 13: 00 UTC 2000-004C (# 26409) PAM-D / NAVSTAR 48 RB At this time there is no FINAL REPORT from SCC. Their last messsage, 02 HOURS BEFORE DECAY - prepared July 27, 03:43 UTC - predicts the decay on 27 July, 05:49 UTC +/- 01 hours (13.9°S, 55.8°E) ascending over the Indian Ocean. MPM+REENTRY delivers with the ELSETs 03208.060... + 03208.121... (SFX 105, ap 022) the decay on 27 July, 05:47 UTC +/- 17 minutes (19.33°S, 48.41°E) also northbound over the Indian Ocean. We saw roughly 12 hours before decay a large increase of the geomagnetic activity. This could be partially explain the 70 minutes earlier decay as we had predicted one day ago.
