It cleared in the late afternoon. Although there were some clouds low in the southeast at dusk, it stayed clear overhead and in the north. Transparant sky with the milkyway clearly visible with the unaided eye. Saw ISS make a beutifull pass at 21:51. It was mag 4 low in the west, brightend to mag -2 for most of the pass and got dimmer again in the east. Like Tom Wagner I also had a nice meteor zipping through my FOV. More to come in the next weeks, as the Perseids go to their maxima Aug 12th. Also saw a nice rapid flashing UNID, still to be ID. 00- 47 A 03-07-22 21:09:47 LB S, 4 01- 56 F 03-07-22 22:37:43 LB 326.7 0.2 43 7.60 AfA,3->i, sm,f,3 02- 54 C 03-07-22 22:18:54 LB 286.3 0.2 140 2.04 FF, 3->i 03- 2 B 03-07-22 22:30 LB S, 4 03- 9 B 03-07-22 21:00:50 LB S, 3 63- 30 A 03-07-22 23:36:21 LB 43.4 0.5 1 43 A-FF, 6-3->i 76- 19 A 03-07-22 23:28:40 LB 82.8 0.2 16 5.18 FF, 4->i, sm,f,6 81-119 B 03-07-23 00:02:26 LB 171.5 0.2 21 8.16 FF, 6->i 87- 11 A 03-07-22 23:43:01 LB 76.4 0.5 8 9.6 AA, 5->7 87- 57 B 03-07-22 21:56 LB S, 5 87- 98 B 03-07-22 22:56 LB almost S, 4 88-102 A 03-07-22 23:12 LB almost S, 5 92- 30 J 03-07-22 23:21 LB var 4->i, lp >300 94- 23 B 03-07-22 23:46 LB S, 3 94- 41 B 03-07-22 21:21:32 LB 86.8 0.5 2 43.4 AA, 4->7 97- 12 B 03-07-22 22:47 LB S, 4.5 98- 72 C 03-07-22 23:25:01 LB 62.4 1.0 2 31 MM, 4->7 98- 76 B 03-07-22 21:46 LB S, 6 2003: 372 obs PPAS: 12764 obs Greetings and clear, dark skies Leo Barhorst Medemblik Cospar 4252 52.76350 N 5.09114 E 2 m ASL http://www.home.zonnet.nl/leobarhorst/index.html ----------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe from SeeSat-L, send a message with 'unsubscribe' in the SUBJECT to SeeSat-L-request@satobs.org List archived at http://www.satobs.org/seesat/seesatindex.html
