    Hello Tom,

Running predictions for your site gives me 03- 09 E as a good candidate.
    Output from Sat4.82:
    03- 09E 3h34m14s 20h29 + 3 29 S 3h34m45s 20h53 +17 35
        457 km 3h35m16s 21h29 +34 38 3h35m47s 22h28 +50 36

Its pass started in Delphinus, then through Cygnus and when extraprolating
the path onwards through the "W" of Cassiopeia.

I saw it earlier tonight and is was mag 0 to inv. Didn't notice any
    secondary
    flashes. Period 12.7 sec.

    Greetings and clear, dark skies
