Satellite attitude

    This may be a stupied questions but.....anyway
    

     
    

    I have been reading about satellite attitude control, and read about "spin stable" attitude, but when I was searching for satellite that uses "spin stable" attitude control I found nothing.....
    

     
    

    Does anyone of you know of some satellite that uses this kind of attitude control.
    

    And does anyone know of what spin rate (RPM) it must have(as minimum).
