Either descending or ascending in the morning means excellent visibility throughout September from my latitude. From 30N, the ascending orbit would be difficult the last part of September. However, in all four cases there would be some evening passes as well. From 35S, those ascending in the morning would be visible all month, but the descending orbits only from about Sep.20. No evening passes above 20 deg alt.
