Rotation period of Intelsat 512 (16101) continues to accelerate about .03 per night; this was from before phase shift: 85- 87 A 03-07-03 06:36:53.5 EC 284.4 0.2 14 20.32 +4.5->inv This obs was from outside my apartment, very light polluted, plus partly cloudy, which interfered a little. Horizons system didn't have MER-B/Opportunity when I checked yesterday PM. There's a pretty nice description of an accidental telescopic observation of a probable NOSS 2-2 pass at this (reading on a cloudy night) URL: http://nuforc.org/webreports/028/S28687.html There's a 10-minute discrepancy, but otherwise it seems like a pretty good match.
