Report time: 10:00 UTC 1971-052B (#05282) Cosmos 426 RB SCC'S FINAL REPORT - prepared July 01, 01:17 - shows the decay on: 01 July, 00:08 UTC +/- 07 minutes (07.2°S, 226.3°E) descending over the Pacific. These co-ords are definitely out of track. It could be a sign error. 07.2°N looks much better but not perfect. MPM+REENTRY delivers with the realistic data for SFX and ap (128 and 018)and after fixing a small bug the decay on: 01 July, 00:08 UTC +/- 22 minutes (13.78°N, 225.70°E) also southbound over the Pacific.
