At about 03:06 UT, I tried to see the NOSS 2-3 trio. I did not see them. There was some scattered high clouds, but I was able to see a lot (for me, that is) of stars through the clouds. I thought I should have seen them. They were predicted to be +5.4 at almost directly overhead. I assume that NOSS trios generally do not maneuver once they get into formation? I will try again some other time. --------------------------------------------------------- Jonathan T.
