To Bart and List, After several other very positive reactions on Bart's decision to pass his SeeSat administration to Ted Molczan I don't know what to add without saying what was already said. I was always wondering how Bart could combine his study and his enormous push on satellite observing from local to national and even international level. Thanks to Bart's contribution we, satellite observers now know each other and can easily contact each other. It lets me think of the sixties, when Moonwatch Division of Smithsonian Astrophyiscal Observatory had its glorious days. I must add that we in Europe also enjoyed the weekly contributions to observing by a certain PN at Satellite Orbits Group. I am convinced Ted Molczan is a good successor for administering SeeSat-L. If he shows the same friendship and cordiality and technical support I experienced until now then I can say "we are in good hands". I wish Ted all the best with his new task.
