    I must also add by heartfelt thanks to Bart for the efforts he has made 
    to pilot SeeSat-L (and UseSat-L) over the years. Although others have 
    contributed to the list's success, I know his sure-handed guidance has 
    been much appreciated and respected. I hope he stays in touch with the 
    hobby he has done so much to foster.
    
    I returned from my holiday to find that the auto-updates of my various 
    elset files had failed soon after I'd left - apologies for that. They 
    are now back.
    
    SpaceCom is posting decay notices for two eccentric decayers at present. 
    A summary of my updated Decay Watch page follows - check there for 
    predicted elsets.
