    Hi All,
As of today, I will no longer be administrator of SeeSat-L, SeeSat-D and
UseSat-L, nor of the VSOHP web-pages. Managing these lists and web-pages
since late 1994 has been a very rewarding and interesting experience, but
now the time has come for me to move on to other things. As most of the
SeeSat-L old-timers know, I used to be much more active in the satellite
observing hobby, through my activities with flash periods (PPAS) and the
Belgian Working Group Satellites. With time, changes in my professional and
personal life gradually led me away from satellite observing as an active
hobby. The recent switch of providers provided a good opportunity to
transfer ownership of the VSOHP and mailing lists to a new
    administrator/owner: Ted Molczan (molczan@rogers.com).
From now on, Ted Molczan will be responsible for maintaining SeeSat-L and
associated mailing lists (and officially host the VSOHP web-pages). I
expect Ted will bring you up-to-date on list management policies.
Let me say special list-related thanks to Walter Nissen, for
instigating and naming the list in November 1994; Neil Clifford, for
    co-managing the web-pages and helping out with admin tasks in the 90s;
Jeff Hunt, for doing an excellent and often thankless job of updating and
creating new pages these past 5 years; Mike McCants for encouragement and
help with the list; Ted Molczan for taking over the list; and all at the
BWGS without whom none of this would have been possible.
On a final note, I would like to thank all of you who have made the list
such a worthwhile forum these past 8 years. I hope it may remain the
friendly, high signal-to-noise and efficient virtual meeting place for
    satellite observers.
           Bart, soon-to-be-lurker.
