Two nights in the last few Iridium 9 (97-030C, 15874) has exhibited an asymmetrical pattern. Last night in addition it also showed a type of phase shift. The flash period was about 10.25 seconds (roughly 9.00, 1.25), and the brightest maxima might have been -1 magnitude. These were on southbound evening passes low in the east, in twilight.
