SPACECOM'S 01 DAYS BEFORE DECAY message - prepared July 19,
00:40 UTC - shows the decay on
20 July, 00:52 UTC +/- 16 hours  (38.3°N, 21.4°E)
northbound over the Mediterranean Sea ( Libya to Greece )

MPM + REENTRY delivers with The ELSETs 02199.802... - 021200.109...
(SFX 185, ap 012) the decay on
20 July, 00:46 UTC +/- 45 minutes (17.14°N, 09.54°E)
also ascending over Africa (Niger).

BTW.: Around these decay times +/-1 rev no orbit will cross
neither North nor South America.
