Hi everybody, I made my first Starshine flash observation on Wednesday morning at 07:25:11 UTC. Starshine 3 made a nice high-elevation pass and flared for one second near Polaris. The magnitude reached zero with an instantaneous rise but slow dimming, a sign the satellite isn't spinning anymore. It gives a special feeling to see a satellite you've worked so hard on flash you hello from space !
