    Hello,

when was the first possible observation of a Shuttle right after launch for
    Europe?
I was able to watch the orbiter + external tank during STS-66 (1994-073A,
#23340) on Nov 3rd, 1994, 21 minutes after lift-off. But was it really the first
    possibility?

    Thanks,
    Sebastian
