    SPACECOM'S FINAL REPORT - prepared July 11, 08:20 UTC -
    showsthe decay on
    11 July, 07:21 UTC +/- 06 hours (06.6°N, 94.7°E)
    on a southbound pass over the Indian Ocean.
    
    MPM+REENTRY delivers with the ELSETs 02191.602... - 02191.869...
    (SFX 130, ap 009) the decay on
    11 July, 07:27 UTC +/- 33 minutes (17.28°S, 89.19°E)
    also descending over the Indian Ocean.
    
    BTW: Thank you Dan and Vladimir. It was my mistake to identify
    PICOSAT 7&8 with "Thelma and Louise".
