    on a descending pass over the Street of Formosa,
    
    MPM+REENTRY delivers with the ELSETs 02191.111...- 02191.602...
    (SFX 135, ap 12) the decay on
    11 July, 05:54 UTC +/- 44 minutes (04.40°N, 116.06°E)
    on the same southbound pass over Malaysia.
    
    The PICOSATS are small boxes with the dimensions 100 x 75 x 25 mm and
    each of them have a mass of 0.25 kg. They are connected with
