2002-034B (#27458) Delta 2 RB 1

SPACECOM'S  12 HOURS BEFORE DECAY message - prepared July 06,
07:50 UTC - predicts the decay on 
06 July, 17:31 UTC +/- 06 hours (28.9°N, 92.0°E)
on a descending pass  over Tibet.

MPM+REENTRY delivered with the ELSETs 02187.223...+ 02187.284....
(SFX 135, ap 015) the decay on
06 July, 17:37 UTC +/- 34 minutes (22.69°, 118.78°E)
also descending over the Formosa Street.

There is a lot uncertainty because we have some fluctuating
geomagnetic acitvity.
