SPACECOM'S FINAL REPORT - prepared July 02, 10:32 UTC - shows
the decay on:
    02 July, 08:56 UTC +/- 07 minutes (79.0°N, 30.0°E)
on a northbound pass near Spitsbergen.
MPM + REENTRY delivers with the ELSETs 02183.088...- 02183.237...
(SFX 145,ap 010) the decay on
    02 July. 08;54 UTC +/- 11 minutes (71.01°N, 47.73°E)
also ascending over the Barentsea.
