    2001-030C (#26869) MOLNIYA 1-K "Debris" aka Platform aka...?
    
    SPACECOM'S 12 HOURS BEFORE DECAY message - prepared July 31,13:02 UTC - shows
    the decay on      01 August, 00:45 UTC +/- 08 hours (38.3°N, 268.4°E)
    on an ascending pass over Missouri.
    MPM + Reentry delivers with the ELSET'S 01211.860... - 01212.473... the decay
                      01 August, 00:40 UTC +/- 22 minutes (21.08°N, 256.71°E) 
    on the same northbound pass over Mexico.
    This object will cross the USA and Canada starting on 00:39:40 UTC  near 
    Monterey and pass then  Texas, Oklahoma, Illinois, Michigan ect. It has a RCS of 
    3.1 +/- 0.9 m² and an estimated mass of about 375 kg. It could delivered a 
    brilliant firework.
    I will update my forecast around 6 hours before decay.
