ISS Flare

    Hi All,
    
    I also saw two passes of the ISS tonight. On the first
    pass, the station had a very bright flare about half
    way through the pass in the lower eastern part of the
    sky at about 21:11 EDT. This is the first time I have
    seen a flare from the ISS.
