Looking at the orbit and the rcs value, they must have lost them, and now
found them. I have a hard time beleiving that they decayed. Wonder how many
objects they say decayed, and are still in orbit. Time to upgrade there
    tracking systems?

    Hi All,

I noticed a few debris objects have returned from the long dead
in alldat.tle. (I'm not sure how recently these reappeared since
I haven't updated my ALLDAT file in several months):

    Transit 4A r Deb JB (decayed 12/25/74)
    1 03740U 61015JB 01210.35306089 .00000213 00000-0 17379-3 0 1274
    2 03740 66.3329 317.4498 0099108 300.1506 58.9902 14.05747831 42888
    Transit 4A r Deb JT (decayed 4/9/82)
    1 05716U 61015JT 01210.71699797 +.00000651 +00000-0 +22798-3 0 01301
    2 05716 066.7018 328.4845 0106690 328.9676 030.5133 14.38364137043985

I gather these "resurrections" occur fairly regularly -- I just
wanted to confirm before deleting the decay date information from my
    archives. Thanks, Rob
