2001-030C (#26869) Molniya 1-K  "Debris" aka Platform aka ???

SPACECOM'S  2 DAYS BEFORE DECAY  message -  prepared July 30, 02:45 UTC - shows
the decay on        01 August, 02:45 UTC +/- 01 day (07.4 N, 30.5°E)
on a descending pass over Africa.
MPM + REENTRY delivers with the ELSET'S 01210.936.. - 01211.244... the decay on
                    01 August, 02:02 UTC +/- 03 hours (03.28°S, 223.58°E)
on an ascending pass over the Pacific.

Remark: This pass, the preceding and following revs will cross the North Ame-
rican continent !! Let us look very closely for the further development....
