1996-056B (#24323) GPS 2A-27 / Delta 2 RB

SPACECOM'S FINAL REPORT - prepared July 29, 07:14 UTC - shows the decay
                      28 July, 21:55 UTC +/- 02 hours (33.0°N, 79.2°E)
on an ascending pass over Central Asia.
My final analysis (MPM + REENTRY) with the ELSET'S 01209.534... - 01209.777... 
delivers              28 July, 21:53 UTC +/- 11 minutes (30.66°N, 70.26°E)
on the same pass over the Afghanistan/Pakistan border region.
