1996-056B (#24353) GPS 2A-27/ Delta 2 RB 1

SPACECOM swings back and predicts with it 12 HOURS BEFORE DECAY message the 
decay now on          28 July, 22:53 UTC +/- 08 hours (26.1°S, 315.8°E)
on a northbound pass over the Atlantic after crossing South America.

MPM+ REENTRY delivers with the ELSET'S 01208.985... - 012209.430... the decay on
                      28 July, 21:32 UTC +/- 22 minutes (18.03°S, 353.23°E)
also on a northbound pass over the Atlantic.
The RB is a slow decayer and the solar activity is very low. The reentry may be 
slipped to a rev later...
