    Was on time, but was tracking high (from my point of view) against the week
    old elset 01202.10576458. Because of this, the nearby moon, and the fact
    that there was some smoke from a forest fire about 70 km away, the positions
    are not as good as I'd like them.
    
    In my FOV saw USA 102 (23031, 94017B), flashing nicely, as it caught and
    passed 96024A.
