According to space.com July 31: International Launch Services Atlas 2AS with a classified satellite for the National Reconnaissance Office from Vandenberg Air Force Base. It won't be a milstar, lacrosse or dsp satellite, since they currently use titan 4 rockets. Any idea what it could be.
