I made the following observations tonight:

24680 96 072A   2701 P 20010727032327400 17 25 1306809+110735 87 S

The sky was clear, but still in twilight on the first pass, in brightly
moon-lit on the second pass.

Site 2701: 43.68764 N, 79.39243 W, 230 m
