1996-056B (#24323) GPS 2A - 27 Delta 2 / RB 1

SPACECOM'S last report - prepared July 25, 16:32 UTC - predicts the decay on
                    28 July, 07:02 UTC +/- 02 days (19.4°N, 271.9°E)
on an northbound pass over Central America / Yucatan

MPM + REENTRY delivers with the ELSET'S 01206.959... - 01207.513... the decay on
                    28 July, 09:48 UTC +/- 03 hours (04.11°S, 193.64°E)
also on a northbound pass over the Pacific.
There is a small indication for a later decay. But let us wait with a 
confirmation for this tendency with a handful more ELSET'S....
