Bjoern Gimle reported a single unidentified flash:

    > At 21:07:55 +- 5 s. I saw a single mag +4 flash at RA 22:46.5, decl.+22.5
    (2000)

I assume he was at site 5919.

This small piece of debris was within 1.2 s of the observed time and 0.36 deg
    of the reported position:

Another small piece of debris was within 6.4 s of the observed time and 1.7 deg
    of the reported position:

    81053AC 0.0 0.0 0.0 7.2 r 0.55

Both objects might have been expected to reach about mag 7 at the moment of
observation, based on their RCS values. A flash to mag 4 seems possible.
