SPACECOM'S  4 DAYS BEFORE DECAY message - prepared July 25, 02:15 UTC - predicts
the decay on      28 July, 18:28 UTC +/- 02 days (25.6°S, 24.7°E)
on a northbound pass over South Africa.

MPM + REENTRY delivers with the ELSET'S 01206.096... - 01206.528... the decay on
                  28 July, 12:45 UTC +/-06 hours (06.65°S, 145.40°E)
on an ascending pass over New Guinea. The revs around this time could be
interesting for the USA and Australia... But there is a lot of uncertainty in
such a long forecast.
