SPACECOM'S FINAL REPORT - prepared July 23, 13:48 UTC - shows the decay on
23 July, 13:17 UTC +/- 03 hours (40.1°S, 319.7°E)
on a northbound pass over the South Atlantic.
My final analysis (MPM + REENTRY) with the ELSET'S 01204.067... - 01204.339...
delivers 23 July, 12:36 UTC +/- 17 minutes (34.54°N, 162.43°E)
on a descending pass over the Mid-Pacific.
Remarks: SPACECOM'S data are somewhat doubtful. The perigee of the final orbit
was around 12:25 UTC....
My yesterday prediction (July 22, 16:00 UTC) here on the list 21 hours before
decay showed the decay on 23 July, 12:38 UTC +/- 45 minutes.....
